I had never check in to this hotel but I went there and didn’t like it hope I’ll get my money back No one checked me in. I came by myself to ann empty desk where a key with my name was on it I didn’t like it so I left

Having never stayed at a POD, I was a wee bit nervous. Wasred energy. THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC ‼️‼️‼️ Dead quiet lodging. The PODS are cozy, comfy with A/C and cubbies for personals. All linens and towels provided. Private locker for the big stuff. Communal toilets and shwers are immaculate. A huge fantastic lounge with beautiful terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Minutes walk to the pristine beach. 10 minutes to Jaffa LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION I can not reiterate how wonderful the managing men are 💗 No question too small No need too large ALL the managers💗Friendly faces, no matter the hour.

Experiência fantástica!
Foi uma experiência incrível! A estrutura é moderna e muito limpa. Os banheiros e sanitários são muito bem higienizados. A capsula não passa a sensação de sufocamento , mas de acolhimento. Para nós só foi ruim termos escolhido a capsula de cima, pois tinhamos que subir uma escada para entrar e sair da capsula. Fora isso tudo de bom. Acredito que 3 ou no máximo 4 dias seguidos seja razoável dormir nas cápsulas.

Incredible value for quick stays after touring or passing through..facilities all you need and place has a nice ambience and deck for sea gazing in the morning. If you just need a bed it can't be beat!

Banheiros bons, limpos.. Ambiente moderno. A luz no corredor das capsular incomoda um pouco pois a cortina não fecha direito. Ar condicionado demorou a fazer efeito mas não atrapalhou a noite. Equipe atenciosa e simpática!

Sheets wasn't clean, but was rectified very quickly. Shared shower facilities was clean considering how busy this hotel was and location is very good. Not perfect, but definitely recommend for what i paid for.

Un super séjour!
Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans l'hotel O Pod. Superbe expérience ! Le concept de capsule est génial, et nous avons pu profiter d'un hotel très bien placé, sur le front de mer, à moindre cout. Les espaces partagés sont bien décorés, et les espaces salles de bains sont nombreux, et très propres. Les capsules sont très bien insonorisées et très confortables.

SOLO WOMEN DO NOT STAY HERE OPod hotel stole $300 from me and I was mocked in Hebrew for pointing this out. They also threatened to 'sue' me in the Israeli small claims court (idk exactly what its called) for pointing this out. After 4 hours with Expedia they said they would refund me but never did. The manager George was not available over 4 days to see me. Only after I checked out. He had my contact details and never got in touch. I am an experienced traveler and this was the worst hotel I have stayed at. Opod staff define misogyny. DO NOT trust them. Unsafe. Ruined my week in Israel Palestine. George you still have my contact, why dont you get off your lazy backside and get in touch with Emma L who stayed in July 2023.

Here’s a summary of my review: lots of good things, a suggestion for travellers, and some constructive feedback for management. Overall, our experience at OPod was good. Facilities were neat and clean and staff were quite helpful. Premises were larger than expected, with a sizeable sea-facing common area with high chairs and counter for meals or workstation. Outdoor balcony area as well. Very centrally located - close to beaches, restaurants and Old Jaffa City. Good value for your money in a pricey part of town. Recommendation: pods are comfortable but tight, and climbing in and out can be tricky. Not for those with mobility issues, or if your older and find maneuvering into small spaces awkward. Definitely suited to younger and more agile travellers. Feedback. We stayed three nights and had a family in our section who were loud, prepared meals in their pod, and were up and down until well after midnight. We mentioned it to staff who spoke to the family but to no avail. They continued and no one addressed the disturbance further. It affected our sleep and enjoyment of the pod. Staff needed to be more firm and I suggest a ‘quiet time’ in pods from 11m-6am.

Very nice common areas, basic pod, but poorly executed hotel layout / design. The bathrooms needed to be cleaned more often with the amount of use they get. The layout of the shower cubclicles and toilets was quite tight, and no practical shelves or hooks for clothes and toiletries. Unfortunately the hand air dryer is located right next to the pods, meaning the pods adjacent to or above (due to a metal grate walkway for upper level pods) can hear the very loud air dryer that sounds like a vacuum every time it goes off, at all times of day and night. The walls of the pod were very thin so external noise could be heard easily. The pod was basic, had some under bed draws, but needed more than zero sheliving. The deluxe pod had a nice semi-private balcony and view of the beach.

The location is perfect, the scrtuture is nice and the beds are comfy. Just two negative points, first if you sell rooms with sea view, you should really be able to see the sea. Second there is something in the A/C system because everyone was sneezing

I read a lot of reviews for the property since finding something basic walking distance to old city and decent price seemed like impossible task. Honestly the place is pretty cool for what it is. You get a sleep space. I figured out I might be a little claustrophobic in the small pods and I got the tall one it was perfect! Make sure you have earplugs for sleeping if you are a light sleeper. AC worked fine, coming from someone from Canada fist night in Israel. Staff is super friendly, you have everything you need on the premises.

FALSE ADVERTISING - the original ad on Expedia showed a picture of a full room. I was given the desc of full room. When I got there, I was given a bed inside a cage (they use a fancy word of pod for it) and insisted that I knew what I was getting and there would be no cancellation. I want every penny of my money back!
