Like all of our properties, also this apartment is located in one of the most central and desirable neighborhoods of Tel Aviv. Close to all the action of the city center.



The area is full of good restaurants, local coffee shops, trendy stores and art galleries. Yeshurun is a small and peaceful street going out from Ben Yehuda street west towards the sea. Parallel to Gordon street and Ben Gurion Ave. It will leads you straight to the famous Gordon Beach. 5 minutes walk from dizengoff square and Dizengoff shopping mall, a walking distance to the Marina of Tel Aviv and the Gordon swimming pool with natural spring of seawater.
