The apartment features two queen-size beds, including one that can be separated into two single beds depending on your needs, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for different group types.



Finished to a high standard, the apartment includes quality furnishings, a bright living space, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and high-speed WiFi, making it ideal for both short and longer stays.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay, including all living spaces and amenities.



A parking space may be available in the building on a first come, first served basis. Please note that parking is not guaranteed and availability may vary depending on occupancy.



The Neighborhood:

Hess Street is located in one of the most pleasant and central areas of Tel Aviv, offering the perfect mix of city energy and residential calm. The neighborhood is known for its charming streets, cafés, restaurants, and easy access to some of the city’s most popular attractions.



Within a short walk, you can reach the beach, Carmel Market, Dizengoff Center, Rothschild Boulevard, and many local shops and bakeries. The area is lively during the day while remaining quiet and comfortable in the evening, making it an excellent location for both short and longer stays.



Getting Around:

The apartment is ideally located for exploring Tel Aviv by foot. The beach, Carmel Market, Dizengoff Center, cafés, restaurants, and many of the city’s main attractions are all within walking distance.



Public transportation is easily accessible nearby, including buses and shared scooters available throughout the area. Taxis and ride services are also widely available at all hours.



Whether you are here for leisure or business, the central location makes it easy to move around the city quickly and conveniently.

Important Information Regarding VAT

- Israeli Citizens: Please note that VAT ( 18% ) is not included in the listed prices, thus Israeli Citizens will be requested to pay prior to check-in.

- Tourists: According to VAT regulations, tourists with a B/2, B/3, or B/4 visa are exempt from VAT. To confirm your exemption, we will require a photo of your passport and your valid tourist visa prior check-in.

If this documentation is not provided, a VAT charge of 18% of the total stay will be automatically added.
