Great apartment, bad management
The management company are losers. They rely on their own proprietary Email to communicate to renters. Many times it did not work and sent me in a loop which results in the inability to communicate. I asked for the manager Dalia to directly speak to me. In the rental period of 21 days she did not pick up the phone to call me. The person they assign in the welcome letter, Nir, as my contact person did not reply to four telephone messages and three WhatsApp requests. Interestingly, his What’s app is programmed to disappear after a short time and does not leave a record (like in mission impossible where the message is erased).
As for the apartment, is is a fantastic apartment in the best part of Tel Aviv. There is everything a visiting traveler could want in linens, towels, kitchen equipment.. It has it all. The view both day and night is fabulous. The desk people are very nice and helpful and the indoor pool makes this all 5 star accommodation. Only downside is the washer dryer. The washer washes the dryer does not. There is a balcony with ample sunshine to take care of this small issue.
