The whole house was not clean their were little bugs everywhere the curtains were hanging off the pole the fridge freezer was frozen solid and the plug sockets were so loose you had to hold the socket to pull the plug out when you go into the garden their is a nice view the host was friendly in our communications
The freezer you can't put things in and we shouldn't have to defrost it ourselves
The curtains are just hanging
This was also in the bath
This is in the bath it's rusty we tried cleaning it even though we shouldn't have to but it didn't come off

Family hols

The only problem we had was with the fridge it leaked but the house was just as it says it was spacious within walking distance of shops and a short taxi ride from the main shopping mall lots to do beach was 10 min walk lots of lovely bars and restaurants people their were so friendly definitely recommend and will be going again

Chafari garden août 2023

Venons de passer 3 belles semaines à 2 famille. Aucune mauvaise surprise. Maison conforme au descriptif. Juste 1 point : 1 chambre avec 1 lit pour 1 personne est attenante à 1 chambre parentale ce qui peut passer pour 1 couple et 1 enfant en bas âge mais plus compliqué pour 1 couple avec des jeunes qui sortent le soir😉. Disponibilité totale de l'hôte ( remplacement d'un chauffe eau en 1 journée et idem pour microondes) . Un peu plus de linge de maison , de toilette et de draps serait souhaitable même si çà sèche en 1 jr et que la machine à laver est neuve.

We booked this very last minute after another booking fell through. The town house is very spacious and has potential to be a great holiday let but it is in desperate need of some TLC. Although clean the property needs lots of general improvements. The downstairs shower doesn’t work properly so we all had to use the shower upstairs. The bath has been shoddily repaired with filler and this looks unsightly. Lots of general snagging is required around the apartment. Another big draw back is the lack of air conditioning. I’d happily pay more for this place if it was improved and air conditioning installed (even just the bedrooms for a comfortable sleep). Positives: check in was straight forward, was able to arrange late check out for a fee with ease, good communication throughout booking and when we initially had no hot water (boiler had been switched off), plenty of room, nice outside space, parking space.

Plenty of rooms, but problems with mold and no support!!

Overall an ok flat, weekly mini-cleaning, change of towel and bedsheets, but the communication with the rental agency and how they handled the mold problem was absolutely not okay.We rented this place for a few weeks, and after arrival immediately noticed a moldy smell. One bedroom in the ground level had moldy spots in all outside corners (and some more mold appeared in the bathrooms after some days).We sent an email with some pictures, and after a first acknowledgement of the receipt and that they're trying to find a solution, we didn't hear anything for two days.Then a reply, that the only thing they can offer is cancel the rest of the day and refund the partial amount of the days we didn't stay in the apartment.Which is a joke, the rental market is tight, prices, especially on short notice are high, and ourselves finding a 4-5 bedroom for 6 people without paying 2-3 times the price was impossible. A rental agency managing lots of holiday homes certainly should have more options, and having a moldy flat is not our fault.We asked if they can send someone to at least treat the wall, and the answer was no again. In the end we ended up treating the wall ourselves with some desinfectant spray, but honestly, we won't book with this agency again.

Okay property

Arrived and very little in kitchen, no kettle, no coffee maker no hairdryer very little crockery no instructions definitely not set up yet for rentals. Contacted property manager and items supplied but we had bate electrics taking points down to one in kitchen and nobody came to fix this
