"Hisel-Haus" warmly welcomes you to Techelsberg am Wörther See, a peaceful rural area between Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiachersee, right on the edge of the forest. This renovated farmhouse preserves its original charm while offering modern comforts and lovingly designed details. Thick stone walls ensure a pleasant indoor climate—cool in summer, balanced in winter.



The 160 m² house accommodates up to 12 guests in 3 bedrooms and a living room, with 2 bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, washing machine, fan, underfloor heating in the living area, kitchen, and bathrooms, radiators in bedrooms and bathrooms, and a central vacuum system. Families will find a crib, high chair, toys, and books available.



Enjoy the private garden, covered terrace, and balcony with forest views. A private grill and table tennis are at your disposal. The house is surrounded by nature and easily accessible by car, about 10 km from both lakes.



There are 4 parking spaces on site, and a Postbus shuttle stop is directly opposite. Pets are allowed for an extra fee but are not permitted in the bedrooms.
