"Staff were unresponsive and unhelpful. We left an item in our room and didn’t realize until we left. Despite multiple text messages, emails, and phone calls, we got no response whatsoever. We will not stay there again."

"We arrived and were greeted by one of the staff who let us in and showed us to our room, directed us to where the hot tub was and allowed us to get settled in. This is a traditional B&B where there are a few rooms with guests, communal areas and an amazing and filling breakfast. Breakfast was served plated style with many options along the way. It's a perfect very cheap place for a stay if you don't have high expectations Despite being on the main Street in stratford, it's far enough back that it was totally quiet The front desk staff was very helpful and polite."

"what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either."
