The map suggests that it may be divided into two however there were at least 4 single rooms attached to ours which were not sound proofed, so could hear everything from the other rooms. Perfect for family, clean and warm, farm animals around. Recommend spring for lambs and calves along the way, very green. Day trip to Napier pretty easy or just have a picnic at Tutira and chill!
