"We had a great time here in a great apartment. Definitely recommend you try this place. We came at 3am and there were two ladies waiting to show us the apartment and help us in. They regularly came to bring new towels, vlean and take away the trash. The apartment is also very large and fully furnished. The restaurants down below serve excellent food as well. "The apartment is huge with 3 balconies in an ideal location. 1 balcony in overlooking Majanishvili Square! The property manager even let me extend me stay for 2 additional nights at the same rate! The property manager is very accessible and all maintenance issues that arose were addressed within an hour time. The kitchen is big and fully stocked. In agreement with the last review I also wish I could say it was clean. The shower was a bit of a crust bucket, there was a used bar of soap in it...

"The units are spacious, very clean, high standard and comfortable. The staff are friendly and efficient. This is an aparthotel in a historical building in front of opera house. There is no sign about the hotel on the street level, and you need to go up the stairs (no lift) to the first level to get to the apart hotel. There is 4-5 units at this apart hotel. The street level entrance are not very clear and clean, and there was a homeless person sleeping at the entrance during the first few days...
