"The house was in a quiet older type neighborhood and was good value relative to the cost. 3 nice size bedrooms and comfortable cute kitchen stocked with all the supplies you need. Using the garage for parking was a plus as well. The downside was cars parks all over the streets as other reviews have mentioned and some cleanliness issues like old coffee left in the coffee maker, stains on the couch and the biggest issue was the yard was overgrown.
