"We would stay here again but minor maintenance issues should be addressed. Mainly the shower curtain rod was damaged meaning the curtain could not be fully closed allowing water to escape onto the floor. Otherwise, a very comfortable experience."

"Hotel Kenney Rideau shines by its friendly and wonderfully helpful staff and it's incredible food menu! We felt very welcome, as if we had known them for years. Their evening and brunch menus are very generous and of incredible quality. Certain rooms are showing their age but they are a work in progress. We were nonetheless very comfortable and would go again."

"I arrived early, and they allowed me to my room right away, which was nice. The room was a little dusty, and the floors needed some vacuuming. The bed was clean, and the tables were sticky. I tried to clean them, but it was in vain. The washroom was very clean, but the floors were not the cleanest. There was a cracked window, the closets wouldn't shut, and the knob was missing. The room felt eerie and creepy at night, and I had to sleep with a lamp on the closet floor and the washroom light on....
