"This was a beautiful property and the cottage we stayed in was lovely. It had great open spaces and beautiful bedrooms. The kitchen was very modern with all new appliances. The host was very attentive and friendly. He made sure that all of our needs were met. He directed us to local attractions and offered to light our fire for us.The only drawback for us was the walk to the waterfront. "The private setting on the lake is beautiful. Great view. Very peaceful. Everything worked fine - tvs, air conditioner, oven, dishwasher, plumbing, ect. The only drawback is something the owner could easily fix - the place needs a good cleaning. For example, the refrigerator was dirty, several of the pots and pans had food still stuck on them, there were lots of cobwebs and spiderwebs with dead bugs, the walls and windows need wiping and cleaning.
