"Très bel hotel situé à deux pas des commerces et restaurants. Le déjeuner est vraiment bon. La piscine est très appréciée malgré le fait quelle doit petite et à l'intérieur."

"Von der ersten Minute an haben wir pure Erholung erlebt. Der Hauptgrund dafür war das zuvorkommende Personal. Obwohl wir außerhalb der offiziellen Check-in-Zeiten mit zwei todmüden Kindern ankamen, mussten wir uns um nichts kümmern. Wir wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen und fühlten uns sofort im Urlaub. "Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Leider war die Matratze viel zu weich und es war keine Bodylotion auf dem Zimmer, was ich bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel voraussetze. Weiterhin muss ich etwas beim Essen bemängeln. Mehr Schein als Sein. Hätte viel schöner angerichtet werden können. "

"Absolutely disappointing experience! Rooms are very inconvenient, very hot nor air conditioning system in the rooms and the entire hotel. matrices and bellows are very bad and inconvenient, very old furniture. The hotel has only one elevator and which is always busy because all guests are using it. They don’t help the hotel’s guests with their luggages and ask them to carry their luggages themselves which is very rude. Very slow check in and check out process. Hotel prices are over estimated...

"The hotel was rated 4 stars I booked a family room felt like a hostel. it was self checking no staff available for service after 6. Noisy street at night and morning the room had no view and the hotel does not have a direct access to the lake as mentioned and as shown in the picture. Staying in a area like zel um see this hotel is not good for relaxing or enjoying the beautiful city, this is my third visit to Austria and this trip was 15 days long this hotel stay was the wrist of all. "My husband and I drove through Austria and the idea was to stop in small towns along the way. This hotel was a wonderful it has a great location and a fare breakfast. It is very close to the lake and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Parking was next to the hotel and the service was very helpful and friendly. No elevators though but it wasn’t a big deal for us"
