There was no staff at all for the whole 3 days of our visit which is very poor. We had to go across the road to some other holiday u its and he had to come and let us in with a door code to our room (hoping he had given us the correct room and not someone elses). The unit itself was quite good ...

A great, clean and comfortable stay. Communication was spot on. Location perfect, walking distance to Mt Beauty made everything very easy. Many thanks for a great holiday.
