Casa Vera is a beautiful property set in the unspoiled countryside in a small hamlet called Bemparece, just a short drive from Santa Catarina da Fonte do Bispo. From the parking area, a path leads to the entrance of Casa Vera, which features a hallway with a family bathroom that includes a walk-in shower, a living room with a TV and a wood-burning stove, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave combi oven), and a breakfast area. The hallway provides access to the two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. Additionally, all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning to either cool or heat the room.

The hallway and kitchen open onto the semi-covered south-facing terrace, which features various seating areas, including built-in stone benches adorned with decorative Portuguese azulejos, as well as a table and chairs. The surrounding garden, featuring mature cork oak trees, palm trees, rosemary, and succulents, offers many seating areas for both shade and sunshine. Adjacent to the house, you’ll find the above-ground swimming pool with sun loungers, a hammock, a dining table with chairs, and a built-in BBQ—ideal for that all-important al fresco dining under the stars.

Adjacent to Casa Vera, you’ll find the utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a second fridge/freezer.

Access to the property is via a paved road, and ample parking is available.
