The living and dining area, measuring a generous 40 m2, serves as the heart of the home, featuring a dining table, satellite TV, and an electric heater, creating a warm and inviting space for relaxation and shared meals. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from the convenience of a private en-suite shower and WC. The remaining 2 bedrooms are each equipped with 2 single beds measuring 100 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering comfortable and flexible sleeping arrangements. A second shower and WC serves these 2 bedrooms. The fully equipped open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space and includes 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
