"The staff are very good, but this property is very tired and in need of a major update. The pictures DO NOT look anything like what we stayed in. The air conditioning did not work, the toilet leaks (from the bowl), cleaning staff did not clean the room, ants are everywhere in the room."

"The staff at Garden Island Resort are all so lovely and caring. The gardens at the front of the building are beautiful.
