The Space
PLEASE BE ADVISED. THIS PROPERTY CAN HOST A MAXIMUM OF 8 ADULTS + 2 CHILDREN (the 2 children under 6 feet tall would sleep on rollaway beds. Turning one room into a bunk room with 4 twin beds).

Providing sweeping views in every direction including over the South Pacific Ocean and the lush vegetation, the Hilltop Villa is the most private and up to date 4-bedroom villa on Taveuni.

The property is spread out over 2000sq ft of indoor and outdoor living space and located in one of the most pristine and untouched natural settings in the world visited by less than 3% of all tourists visiting Fiji.

Designed in a contemporary fashion with a Fijian flair to blend in with the surrounding vegetation, the villa provides its guests 360-degree views of the beautiful ocean and vegetation and the utmost privacy for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation.

The MAIN home holds a maximum of 4 adults, for additional adults the bure’s are mandatory. Using the two independent bure’s home sleeps a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children (in rollaway beds). OUTDOOR LOUNGE AREA & POOL

Stepping out of the main villa onto the terrace, feel all your worries melt away.

A series of steps take you down to your private pool. Relax and get a tan while enjoying the hillside scenery and a view of the Pacific Ocean (we have 4 pool loungers). After a hot day in the sun, retire to the open-air living area with beautiful cross breezes relax on the leather couch or lounge chairs with a glass of wine as the sun sets. For a true vacation experience, add one of our meal plans and eat your meals on the stunning local raintree wood table. Equipped with seating for 8 (up to 10 with an extension), have a few drinks with the whole gang while your designated chef and service staff (fees apply) prepares an amazing meal sourced from organic local produce and locally sourced meats and sustainably caught fresh seafood.

While you take a stroll down to the beach, enjoy the absolutely pristine greenery that surrounds you on your way down. Flanked on all sides by lush foliage. With some snorkeling gear (which we provide free of charge), enjoy the beautiful waters and reef right off the island of Taveuni.

Accentuated by a simple yet elegant decor, the interior of the villa is in great condition.

Exhibiting an open concept throughout the entire home, the main living area is where everyone will want to spend their evenings. Furnished with a cozy couch and 2 armchairs, get the whole party together for some quality time before a delicious meal. Move to the dining table when the food is ready for a professionally prepared meal on the gorgeous 8-person table (up to 10).

The kitchen, designed with quality appliances, is a chef’s dream! Fully equipped with a sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop and oven centered around a lovely kitchen island, you’ll have everything you need to cook for all your guests! Surprisingly spacious in size, have everyone contribute to the meal. Don’t feel like cooking, or want to give the family chef a real vacation? MAIN HOUSE MASTER SUITE

Impressively sized with tons of natural light pouring in through deck doors and windows, the master suite provides its guests with unparalleled comfort, breathtaking views, and year-round cool breezes. Located on the very end of the house the master suite comes with luxurious king-size bed and dual nightstands. Before calling it an evening, head out onto the deck to watch the sunset over crystal blue waters. This lovely bedroom does not share its toilet or indoor or outdoor showers with any other bedroom.

MAIN HOUSE TWIN BEDROOM

Every bit as luxurious as the master suite, the second bedroom provides direct access to the main deck and a series of steps will take you to the private swimming pool. Through large bifold doors, enjoy the sunset and views over the jungle and ocean. Marked by two twin-sized beds, dual nightstands, dual sinks, a shower and a separate toilet, sleep well before another day of sunshine and fun! This room can be turned into a bunk room with 2 extra twin rollaway beds (guests should be 6 foot or under).

QUEEN BURE 1

The Third bedroom of this amazing villa comes equipped with a Queen size bed, dual nightstands, dual sinks, a shower and a separate toilet as well as access to the deck. Overlooking beautiful greenery and the ocean through large bifold doors and windows, fall asleep to the serene sounds of nature.

QUEEN BURE 2

Bookended on the other side of the house, the fourth bedroom of this amazing villa is a copy of Bure 1 and comes equipped with a Queen size bed, dual nightstands, dual sinks, a shower and a separate toilet as well as access to the deck. Overlooking beautiful greenery and the ocean through large bifold doors and windows, wake up to the trilling of the birds.
