  • Inspired by @williamJones I went down to south Florida. I also went down to visit family :D. Granted, I had to capture a few landscapes along the way. I left Atlanta at 3:30 PM and got into Key Largo at 3:00 AM. Slept for a couple hours in my car and went in search of a sunrise. I hoped to find a dock falling into the water, but this was just as good. I also went from 37 degrees to 74 degrees. That was interesting.

Perfect Rental

It had everything we were hoping and more! Great pool, little beach and wonderful marina to keep our boat. The people and culture around Ocean Point was terrific...welcoming, generous and fun. The Suite itself was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We cooked in most nights and found the kitchen to be very accommodating and easy to use and the sunsets were gorgeous. I'd highly recommend this Suite and destination. Thank you for making everything so easy!!

Key Largo

The views from the condo were amazing and the condo decor was beautiful. The host provided wonderful suggestions for places to eat. We went on several day excursions while there but we were always ready to return to the condo. At night the property was peaceful and relaxing.

Great Keys getaway

We had a great time at this unit. It was just the right size for us and had lots of things to do: Tennis, pickle ball, pool, and beach. Great sunrises & sunsets. The weather was amazing too.

Wonderful Mother-Daughter Getaway!

We stayed at this property for 5 nights in mid-July. The check-in process was seamless with great communication from Largo in advance. We arrived later at night due to travel delays, so we were especially pleased that the property was as described, very clean, and ready for guests. This condo is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Although the balcony is small, I enjoyed drinking my coffee each morning with the beautiful view and quiet location. The condo is perfectly located across from the pool. The pool area was nice and clean, and it was lively but also very relaxing. The location was also close to restaurants, food trucks and grocery stores. Also, as a mom who was there with 2 20-year old and 1 25-year old daughters, we felt very safe. Communication throughout our stay was great. Check out procedures were shared in advance and easy to follow. We really enjoyed our mother daughter time at this beautiful location!

Not what we expected

We did not end up in the condo we thought we were getting. We rented in 2023 and absolutely loved the property. I went on last year’s booking and booked it again. Unfortunately, we were put in another unit in a different building. The unit we were in was nice but not as nice as what we had in 2023 and did not match the listing photos. The host is great but I am disappointed that we did not get the unit we were led to believe we were getting.

Ocean Pointe Christmas holidays

Our stay at Ocean Pointe Tavernier was very comfortable and enjoyable. This condo was meticulously clean with modern interior design and equipped with all you need for daily routines, such as kitchen utensils, supplies for laundry and pool and beach activities. The view from the condo was spectacular and allowed to see sunrise and sunset over the ocean. It is a very good infrastructure for the condo location near the grocery shop Winn Dixie, CVS and multiple seafood restaurants you might want to visit during your stay. We had a great holiday break and highly recommend to rent this condo.

Perfect place for family vacation

This condo has everything you need to enjoy the Keys (minus a boat)! It was nice to not have to pack beach towels, since the suitcases were already pretty full! There were coolers, chairs, pickleball gear, pool noodles, as well as snorkels/masks/fins! There was even an HDMI cable to hook up our laptop to the tv so we could stream a college soccer game. I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO’s and I have to say this host thought of everything! The view was perfect and my only regret was not being able to stay longer. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to spend some time in the Keys. Keeping this on my favorites for our next visit to the Keys. Thank you, Largo!

Amazing Vacation

We could not have asked for a better Keys vacation. The condo was perfect for our family of four. The condo was clean, in great condition and enough essentials ( toiletries, cleaning items and kitchen gear) to hold us through the week. The resort was also nice. The pool atmosphere was fun. Our host was very kind and hospitable. He sent us info on local July 4th activities. We can’t wait to go back next year.

Perfect for friends or a family!

The condo was perfect and exactly as described in the listing. It was immaculately clean, quiet, with good AC and a fully outfitted kitchen. The view was amazing. The host gave me all the info I needed for check in, parking, and check out. They quickly responded to questions and were very helpful to me to retrieve a lost item!! The property seems well managed. The small beach and pier area was nice (and rare for the keys) and I saw some paddle boarders go out from there. The pool was great with a bar playing music and a food truck. I would definitely stay here again when in the Tavernier/Key Largo area!

Great Place to Stay

The condo is everything as advertised. It is a great centralized location to anything in the upper Keys of Florida. The balconies are small, but we knew that at time of reservation. The pool area was a great place to finish the day. I would recommend.

Great Place to stay!

Wonderful condo

Condo was very cute and clean. Largo gave lots of great information prior to our arrival including an amazing restaurant. We loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. We snorkeled off the beach at the resort and saw hundreds of fish and even a nurse shark.

Room with a view

This is the nicest Ocean Point condo we have stayed in. It’s the 11th year we have been at Ocean Pointe. Great location. Awesome view. Condo is appointed, clean and up to date. Host was cordial and very helpful. Absolutely no complaints. This will be our go to in years to come.
