We had a wonderful stay at this condo—everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The pool and beach were both beautiful and well‑maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time without having to go far. The location was excellent, close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and scenic. Overall, a great place to stay, and we would absolutely recommend it to others and happily return.

The condo is in the best location at Ocean Pointe. It’s also in a great location in Tavernier. Everything we needed. Owner is extremely responsive and we appreciated his assistance. Easy access and very clear instructions. We will try to stay here again-next trip to the Keys. Thank you for your hospitality.

Fantastic location on Tavernier. Bldg is right across from pool and right next to marina and beach. The balcony overlooks the marina, brush, osprey nest, and has a great view of the sunrise! It is small but there are 2 chairs and a table squeezed in, which is about all it fits, but was enough for us. You can also walk out to the gazebo on the pier to watch.Key west is a 2 hour drive and Miami is about 1.5 hours but Tavernier has plenty of amazing restaurants and spots with music that you really don’t need to venture out far. The best (maybe only) thing to get at the pool was the burger.The main bed was comfortable and towels were soft and fluffy. (We didn’t use the second bedroom). There were even a few beach towels that we used. Items like suntan lotion, pool noodles, water in the fridge and laundry detergent seemed to be left for anyone, either by the host or prior renters. We left beer… Francisco was great to communicate with and checking in was very easy. Would recommend staying here. We do like to travel to places we haven’t been before but if we do come back this way, which is a possibility now, we would stay here again!

We love staying here! This is our 2nd time back. The unit is spacious and perfect for family with kids :) Look forward to coming back, again, in a couple years! We love the location and the property. Pool and hot tub is fun to go at night after long day of adventuring. Kitchen cookware could use some updating but not a huge deal, still cooked just fine.

Frannie was an awesome host and the home was amazing - clean, perfect location (close enough to everything you could want, yet far enough away to relax and unwind), and plenty to do on-site. Anything that you would need for vacation was at the home, and the host was super-fast to respond to any texts both before, during, and after our stay. Thank you for your quick responses - Hubby and I hope to come back soon!

Property is pretty, pool was great. Beach was pretty but mirky and filled with seaweed. Only one fishing spot. Condo is dirty and dusty. All doors had dirty smudges. Bathrooms need some attention showers not clean rugs and towels torn up. Couldnt use pots and pans as they are teflon and they are very scratched, some silverware was rusted, some of the bowls couldnt be used either as they were not supposed to be microwaved and they were so they were cracked. Kitchen cabinets dirty. Food left in fridge from past guest i would assume coffee creamer expired 2 yrs ago. Found dead roaches and some alive. Blinds are a pain when opening they would fall apart. I would stay at ocean point again but not in this condo. I took lots of pictures showing dust and dirt. I know this is a beach property but no reason to be that dusty and dirty.

When we first arrived there was an overwhelming odor, like a mildew/ musty type order. It was so bad after a few hours we were contemplating on leaving. However, we went to the store and bought a few air fresheners and that did the trick. The unit was not clean, bathrooms were dirty unit was full of dust. Once we cleaned up a bit, it ended up being an enjoyable stay. Perfect location across from the pool and around the corner from the little beach area.
