  • This condo is located in your tropical paradise overlooking the fabulous Florida Bay in idyllic Islamorada in Futura Yacht Club.
    FYC is a 70-unit, gated community with a 53 slip marina and accommodations available for that tranquil tropical getaway you've always imagined.
    This condo offers 2 bedrooms with a balcony beautiful view of the Florida Bay, full kitchens with a dining island area, living rooms, and laundry.
    Protected dockage is available for boats up to 36 feet with easy ocean access through Snake Creek or Tavernier Creek. Dockage is extra.

Great stay!!

We love visiting Florida. Iwona's place is very nice and comfortable. Also, it is in a great location to explore the Keys. We enjoyed going to Penekamp and hanging out at Robbie's. The condo is conveniently located for shopping and dining.

Wonderful vacation

This is one of the nicest properties in the Florida Keys. Our grandchildren love all the outdoor activities.

Futura Yacht Club is a Beautiful Condo Complex

We really enjoyed sitting on the ocean views from the balcony and the sunsets from the rear entrance. My son played tennis and we swam in the heated pool everyday. The grounds are clean and the people are friendly. Most area restaurants are on the water, which we also thoroughly enjoyed. The owner went out of her way to accommodate our late night arrival. I would stay here again.

Perfect location

Property is perfectly located with great amenities. Boat access to ocean is a quick ride away. Exactly what my family needed.

Great views in Paradise

We reserved this unit to be close to family who have a place in the Keys. Our hostess was kind and easy to communicate with. The unit was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Views were spectacular and the location for us was ideal.

Great Spot

Easy to get in and communicate with the host. We loved the spot, used the pool and the tennis courts, laundry on-site, super comfy bed, and a beautiful view!

Much needed break from winter

Property exceeded our expectations. Our unit was as described and was well stocked. Beautiful pool and grounds. We enjoyed watching the residents and guest play pickle ball and tennis. Evenings were spent enjoying the beautiful sunsets from the sandy beach area. Will definitely book again!

50th birthday Keys trip

The property was great. Easy check in and out. Clean, fun, beautiful sunsets, nice beach area and pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable

My husband and I needed to get away from the cold and snow. Although the weather wasn’t the best this time of the year we still enjoyed ourselves. Ivona was a great host and pleasant to work with. The condo had everything we needed. We even tried our hand on the tennis courts. We would recommend this place to stay. Plenty of room for a couple or a family. Thanks again for letting us stay in your condo.

Enjoyed our stay

Enjoyed our 2 weeks here. Sister vacation. Problems that couldn’t be avoided but owner handled as well as she could. Problem with combination lock, had to be available for cable guy to visit and both toilets leaking into downstairs apartments that we had to endure plumbers in our apartment and leaving a mess. We much enjoyed the pool and the friendly neighbors. Apartment well stocked with cooking utensils and towels.

Great Sunsets

The condo has a great location. Needs a little TLC . Also, owner needs onsite assistance to handle issues that may come up. We had a TV problem that needed the cable company to come and the only available appointment was when we had something booked. Property has great amenities and well kept, love the little beach for sunset. Lot of friendly snowbirds there for the winter, make you feel welcome.

Loved it!

If you're looking for a condo that looks like it was featured in a designer magazine, this isn't it. But if you’re looking for a place that is scrupulously clean, comfortable, and gas amazing views, this is the place! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, etc. The beds were comfortable. The heated pool and clubhouse were very nice. The owners knew we had a very early flight upon arrival and allowed us to check in early. A Publix grocery store is a few miles down the road and there’s a great little restaurant right across the street. The only down side was the loud air conditioning unit which is located in a closet outside of the small bedroom. My daughter had some trouble sleeping because of it. But days spent kayaking, snorkeling and swimming helped with that lol. I highly recommend this unit and would definitely book it again.

Fantastic base for our family adventure

First off, the pictures on the listing do not do this place justice. It is so cute and the view is amazing! There were a few little hiccups but the owner got those taken care of so we wouldn't have to worry about anything. Place was clean and I love that it was in a gated community. There is a little beach area past the dick's with chairs and hammocks that is just darling. Overall great stay and great property.

Great place to stay

Perfect location, great marina, easy check in process, unit was large, I love that they turned the extra space into another bedroom for kids, they had everything we needed for our vacation, owner was very communicative and helpful, would come back!

Futura Great place to stay

If I tell you how nice this place is when I want to go back there won't be any vacancy. Lol! Futura is a wonderful place to stay with all the amenities you would want for a great vacation. This unit offered a beautiful view of the grounds and water. Although there were a few hiccups with small things like the fridge and getting TV to work right, the owner was very accommodating and helpful in resolving all issues, so it wouldn't interfere with our enjoying our vacation. I go to Futura every year, sometimes more than once. My favorite place in the keys.
