"Super clean, new condo. Owner was wonderful about communicating any needs. Unit was clean and there is a washer dryer in the unit. They actually left two laundry pods for wash which was super helpful after coming off a cruise! The bathroom looks like it has been remodeled, and there was body wash and shampoos for our use. Kitchen is pristine and ready to use. There is a cute pool on site which we did not have time to visit and a beautiful private beach are which is SO beautiful! ...

"Good base location for activities in the central Keys area. Property was very well maintained and exactly as advertised. Great option for 4 people. There are good local food options and activities like fishing, jet skiing, and snorkeling are just a few short minutes away. Would return if in the area again. "

"The previous tenant had left some rotten food in the refrigerator. I contacted the owner and she took prompt action to remedy the situation by purchasing a new refrigerator. Althugh it did not make it during our stay, I was very impressed with the owner's action to insure our stay was as comfortable as it should be. I highly recommend this place and the value she offers.
