Beautiful hosts in David and Tatiana. A tranquil home away from home when you need that break,whether gor a day or longer. The service of continental breakfast the following morning was a real treat and a great way to end the stay.

One of the best B&Bs we’ve ever stayed in, and we have stayed in many. David and Tatianna, our hosts, we very kind, knowledgeable and lovely conversationalists. Our only regret … we didn’t stay longer The area has so much to offer easy a three day stay! And breakfast was exceptional … set us up well for a day of hiking.

Seascape provided us the perfect stay in Tauranga. The hosts were excellent and always available to provide suggestions. Additionally they were extremely accommodating to any requests. I will recommend Seascape to everyone I hear who will be visiting the area. They are a 15 on a 10 point scale.

This is a beautiful home with a lovely couple running it. There has been a lot of attention paid to all the details, and the breakfasts are fantastic. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, and it is easy walking distance to some great restaurants.

Very comfortable, friendly and informative hosts in a quiet suburban location. Good breakfast and facilities. Closest place to eat was a 25 minute walk but very nice.

BOP trip
Have been staying here for years, so popular and difficult to find a vacancy. Great hospitality, full on breakfast, free parking, comfortable and meticulously clean. Dave and Tatiana go above and beyond to make one feel at home.

This is our first experience staying in Bed & Breakfast. We haven't expected that it will be so good. As we book mostly hotels. But this is very excellent and the hosts were amazing couple.

We had a great over night stay at Seascape Villa. The room and ensuite was perfect and breakfast was very nice. The hosts were very engaging but not intrusive.Thanks for a great stay.

Wonderful hosts David & Tatiana, see to your every need. Top class comforts of heated rooms and clean white linen ensure a good night’s sleep. The breakfast is a very generous spread with cooked if preferred to get the day started. A wonderful stay is guaranteed every time, which brings me back when I can.

Hello Ian, so did we pick you, or did you pick us, did you not look at our location which by the way is just 5 minutes from the centre of Tauranga or is your lack of research an indication of yourself. You had no idea what accommodation you had booked which you confirmed to me by saying I thought I had booked a Motel, we only wish you had of. Read the information next time so you don't confuse yourself. Regards David and Tatiana

Wonderful breakfast!
We enjoyed our stay with David and Tatiana. The room was very clean and our hosts very helpful, welcoming and friendly. The made-to-order large breakfast was generous and delicious! We would stay again.

the most amazing hotel in Tauranga! the hosts really great and super kind. they make a nice and delicious breakfast everyday. they gave us some tips for our trip(good restaurants around downtown, mustsee spots) and it was so helpful. highly recommend this place!!
