Bedroom right at front , you hear everyone coming and going outside. We could hear the neighbouring room closing drawers in kitchen.

Spaciousness of apartment. It was clean and tidy and welcoming. Could have done with a tea towel to dry dishes, and a welcome pint of milk to go with the tea and coffee that was there. Would have liked a second pillow as opposed to a cushion on the bed. A lot of the electric sockets weren’t working!!

The property overall is good however on our arrival we discovered that the linen and the pillow cases were not fresh as we could see hair from the previous guests. Apart from that everything is good

Great location! A quick walk to pilot bay, main beach or into town. Lots of great cafes close by and a playground within 100m. Had all the things needed for a family stay, full kitchen and washer dryer.

Conveniently located near variety of shops. Easy check in and check out. Clear instructions for unit. A few minor maintenance things that we passed on but overall good accommodation.

Good location - our apartment was in need of some refurbishment - the bed sunk in the middle and my husband investigated it to find the ridden slats in the base were all loose so he fixed what he could - there was a metal strip on top of dishwasher that was gone and looked a little unsightly but it did not affect the mechanics which was the main thing - person at reception didn’t seem to want to be there but other than that the stay was fine - loved the location the most - could walk to restaurants shopping and bars

Great location, nice and tidy, good size and amenities, staff were really friendly and helpful. Secure carpark a bonus, within walking distance to beach, cafes and restaurants.

We had a great stay. Very comfortable, clean and spacious room. The only let down was we had to wait a long time to have a hot shower. There were six of us and only one had a hot shower. Rest of us had to wait about two hours later to have a hot shower. Other than that, everything was great.

The first room we were put in was in bad shape. Walls were grubby, hole in the wall, crumbs on the table. We got moved to a different room which was much better.

Hi Murray, Thank you for your kind review. Our 3 bedroom apartments do run on their own hot water systems, so there is times where the hot water is used up before it can reheat more.

We were very happy with everything except the bedroom had a window into the internal of the building and the light came around the blinds. Not a show stopper, we still slept well, but we do like complete darkness when sleeping. Everything went smoothly from booking to exiting. That thing about the bedroom blinds was related to the unit we got.

The Living Area was very spacious due to the open plan design. Master bedroom had plenty of room as well. Having Washing Machine & Dryer in your Accommodation was awesome, as most places you pay for it.

Building & the apartments are dated-very poor ventilation, no heat-pumps or extract fan in bathroom. Old free standing electric heaters are unsafe as the only heat source.

Awesome location, great set up. Nice and warm in the cool - but open, sunny and airy if needed. Receptionists friendly. Helpful to have a parking spot too.

The property was good and suited our needs, and in an excellent location also. The only thing that slightly ruined our enthusiasm and satisfaction was finding an unwashed (greasy) pan in the drawer and two unwashed plates (with dried on egg) hidden beneath other plates. This could have been the previous guests leaving it but cleaning staff should have picked it up. It would be good to have more rubbish bags for guests staying for a few days like we did. We would certainly come back.
