Location was great. Property was clean and tidy. Our car was too big for the garage but we were advised before arrival. We will be back!

Central Taupo Bach

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay of one week in January 2023 at this very comfortable 2 bedroom Bach. It is central to town with a view of the lake. We would definitely stay here again.

Showing a German visitor around

Wonderful stay. Very clean and everything you need is there. Very central to shops. Bed linen and beds comfy Wonderful view to the mountains and lake. Would be happy to return.

Family time

This accommodation is well appointed with everything you need. It had comfortable beds with clean fresh linen. Good water pressure in the shower. It is close to town and was an excellent place for us to meet and hang out with family. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Well equipped cottage close to amenities

The cottage is accurately described and is very homely and well equipped, although some facilities such as grill are well worn. The lack of off street parking is a disadvantage. Easy walk to restaurants and supermarket.

Taupo Visit

Quiet and convenient to people I was visiting. Really comfy, beds great, a little home away from home. Unfortunately the media setup was less than adequate ie Sky pixelated &all channels unwatchable most evenings.

There is everything you need! We spent a very nice family time there, were really happy to be able to store our bikes in the shed. Will come again!

Handy spot

Tidy and clean, nothing fancy, but warm during winter which matters in winter! Good bedding, although we did have a leaking hot water bottle (sullpied) which unfortunately leaked, but that was not a biggie due to sufficient bedding.

Family friendly stay

I was pleasantly surprised that this accommodation was more up to date than I had anticipated. It was cosy, clean and pleasant. We all enjoyed the outdoor space and views of the lake from the front. A short walk to the supermarket, town centre and lakefront. We did park on the street but did not have any trouble with thithis. The only thing I would suggest would be a new mattress for the main bed as it was a bit lumpy. Otherwise it met all our holiday nee.s.

It was the perfect location, warm and comfortable.

Fantastic accommodation, close to all amenities. Loved arriving to the heat pump going especially as we were late up. FYI Evidently the electric blanket on the bunk wasn’t working. I did not use that bed so was told it didn’t heat the bed but didn’t look at it myself.

Cycle Challenge

This is a perfect spot for one of the Taupo events. Comfortable, well equipped and close to town. Very comfortable three of us, two of whom were riding. Handy to have the garage for bike preparation and safety.

Great warm & comfy house

We stayed here April 2022. The house was exactly as described and perfect for our stay. It’s a comfy and warm home with a comfy master bed. Superb hot shower. Parking is down on the street which we didn’t find safe due to some of the across the road motel occupants. The garage is around the corner and is very small. You can access the back garden from the garage. The parking/garage situation could have been better described in the advert. The garden shed is large enough for a few bikes and accessed via a couple of steps. We would stay here again for proximity to everything and a cute comfy & warm house but probably not with all our bike/golf gear again. Best for small car owners. Thanks.
