Keep it simple in this elegant 2 bedroom home, that is perfect for a couple or a small family. In a peaceful area which is centrally located in town. It is within a 10 minute walk to the town centre, and the lake. along with access to restaurants and shops.

Take full advantage of the patio area outside that has a picnic bench and a bbq, that you can entertain yourself or your family on those nice warm sunny evenings.

you can use the garage for parking your car, or you can use the driveway.
Strictly no parties or gatherings. If you would like visitors during your stay, please let us know. This way we won`t disturb you if we consider there to be extra guests at the property.
Only the maximum number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay.
If extra guests are found to be at the property they will be asked to leave.
Please do not ask if extra guests/children can stay on blow up mattresses the answer will always be `no`, for health and safety reasons.
Non compliance of the maximum number of guests or the no party rule may result in eviction without refund.
