You`ll have the whole place to yourselves – perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends wanting space and privacy.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the separate cabin and large outdoor area.

While we do not stay on site during your stay a team member is available throughout.

The rear garden becomes fully fenced once the side gate is secured.
Strictly no parties or gatherings. If you would like visitors during your stay, please let us know. This way we won`t disturb you if we consider there to be extra guests at the property.
Only the maximum number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay.
If extra guests are found to be at the property they will be asked to leave.
Please do not ask if extra guests/children can stay on blow up mattresses the answer will always be `no`, for health and safety reasons.
Non compliance of the maximum number of guests or the no party rule may result in eviction without refund.
