"There are just too many thing to list that we enjoyed. We booked this property for for Dads 80th Birthday supprise. The property more than catered for 19 of us with extrem comfort and space. "An excellent accommodation for my family requirements. 4 adults and 2 children. Good sized bedrooms, excellent kitchen and living area. Generally well equipped, some cleaning cloths required would be our only thought. Otherwise, excellent hosts who were available if required, and though living close where very descreet. The property was easy to find given the GPS coordinates. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and they were very helpful in all arrangements. There was good instructions...

"Our stay was amazing. Judith , Julian and family were above and beyond. Our Grandsons had a wonderful time on the farm 🚜 we had a tour, bringing the cows in from the field , to watching them being milked, then to feed two new baby calves , and to end it with a tractor 🚜 ride 😀. The accommodation is very clean, and the boys loved living upside down lol 😆. The countryside is beyond words, stunning . I would recommend this 100% we shall definitely go again. Thankyou"

"Perfect place to stay for a young family and dog! Great size rooms, safe and secure garden, and everything you could need for a short break. Lots of lovely local walks - including to the coastal path, and information left at the property to help you find local places to visit. The owners of the property were very helpful and considerate and went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay. We will definitely be back!"

"This is probably the very best holiday accommodation i have ever stayed in. It was clean, spacious and the kitchen was superbly well equipped. The grounds are extensive, wirh beautiful views. We were here in late spring when rhe blossom and birdsong are amazing. We had an age range of 9 to 70 and everybody was happy. The games room got a lot of use! The hosts were pleasant and gracious. A very very big thank you to our hosts. Worth every penny!,"

"We have a lovely stay at the end of August. The house is very comfortable and there was easily enough space for 8 of us and three dogs! The location is perfect for exploring the north Somerset coast and Exmoor, and having the hot tub to come home to each evening was an added bonus, and also the table tennis table, which we all enjoyed. Jane was very responsive if we had any queries and we were even able to check out late since no one else was coming that day. Would highly recommend for group...

"Homestead was clean tidy and comfortable, and was well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Definitely recommend. A very short walk into Lyme Regis with all its independent shops, cafes etc. The Town Mill and Lyme Regis Museum are well worth visiting. One thing to note, the parking at Homestead is tight as is mentioned in the description so take care."
