"Llegamos a la habitación y no funcionaba el radiador, hacia mucho frío, tuvimos que dormir con forro polar, la cama de las niñas tenía edredón y nuestra cama con doble colcha fina además crujía mucho el somier y el cabezal, pedimos mantas pero fue insuficiente. "It was very difficult to find the hotel because there was any signage of hotel in the village. We spent 40 mins. to find the hotel. The heating system was poor but staff was kind and the room and facilities were very nice."
