"With in walking distance of the famous Sponge Docks. Great food nearby and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The back yard for gatherings of friends and family was awesome. Two pizza kitchens, large grill, fire place...tables..it was so relaxing. I will definitely go back to this house. There were snacks on the counter and some water in the fridge. There were no rules whatsoever about cleaning up the house, but we did anyways because that is what we are used to. The price for the long weekend...

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing due to serious cleanliness, pest, plumbing, and maintenance issues.There was garbage and debris under the beds, and balled-up cellophane tape and crumbs were found in more than one bed. Bugs were also found in the linen closet. Throughout our stay, we saw numerous flying insects that appeared to be termites, and on four separate occasions termites landed on us. There was significant damage to the floors that appeared consistent with wood rot or...

"Carlos communicated quickly and was very accommodating. This rental is just the right size for one or two people. The decorations are lovely, and everything was very clean. Although there is not a stove nor oven, there is a microwave, an electric single- burner hot plate, a toaster, and a griddle along with all the utensils and cookware needed. I will probably stay here again the next time I’m in Holiday."
