"All was clean and very pretty looking. Staff were polite, especially Miss Sinha who appeared on the last day and helped me get to my destination near Ubud. It was not her job but she helped me. Unfortunately, a few minors point. The room smell damp and rather dark even when it was sunny. It was a room down on the ground floor. "Stayed here for our honeymoon and it was beautiful! They couldn't do enough for you and all the staff treated us like royalty. Shuttle/private car to Ubud centre was really handy. Experience team made such an effort to make our honeymoon special with little extras to make it special Pool was a little chilly but that Is the only thing I can think of that wasn't perfect!"
