There is also a large terrace with good seating furniture. In front of the house you will also find a heated hot tub. You also have access to the garage.



The location of the house near the water offers direct access to swimming and windsurfing. During the summer season, there are also several restaurants, a small playground and a cosy harbour in the Skarven area that can be visited.

There is a campsite in Skaven whose communal facilities can be used for a fee (information on availability can be found on the campsite website) Outdoor pool, mini golf, pool table, table tennis and much more.
