Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in Tarascon. It has a floor area of 110 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 38 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,000 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor

- A fully equipped kitchen including: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: A queen-size bed (160×200) with an en-suite shower room featuring a shower and toilet.

- Bedroom 3: Two single beds
- A bathroom with shower and bath
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
