"This add is truly deceiving. It seems lovely from the exterior, and we had a great time around the fire, but that was about it.The toilet is eco - fine. But the bin next to the toilet was filled with used toilet paper from previous guests and the smell was horrendous. The toilet seat is also broken is multiple different places and isn’t even whole. Although, it was still better than the rancid smell of the fridge, which had clearly had bourbon spilt in it previously and not cleaned, left closed...

"Very friendly pleasant host. Large size was very nice, beautiful federation style. Very comfortable beds. Convenient locations. Small problem was ice was not working and would have liked another toilet and shower. "

"We had a very late check in time, supposedly for cleaning, of which there was very little. Tried to contact caretaker for a vacuum cleaner but had no response. Cleaned as best we could to make it liveable. Drains were all blocked. Contacted Holiday Travel (managers) who were helpful and organised a plumber very quickly. They were also apologetic for state of the place and offered some remuneration. Our experience was further disappointed by nearby patrons on the same property fighting,...
