4/5 stars. Overall the home met nearly all of our needs. My daughter and I were comfortable and enjoyed the cleanliness, multiple bathrooms, coffee maker, and wifi. The two twin beds were very soft ( and in my opinion more comfortable). The larger bed is much firmer. To each their own. We did not cook or plan to cook so the half size fridge was plenty big for our needs. The city bus picks up and drops off which is a plus because it is not really walkable to town (unless you’re stubborn) or downtown as indicated by the listing.

My family enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and easy to check in. The mattresses were incredibly uncomfortable, the location is not downtown as indicated on the listing and we were not able to ski in/ski out as posted.

This unit is not up to the standards as other units in this price range. The reviews showed it as exceptional but it was far from it. Our check in time was 3pm. We arrived to find the unit not cleaned completely. We called and had to wait another hour and a half for it to be completed. There is only a dorm size fridge with a tiny freezer tray and no dishwasher. There is not enough parking for anyone who has two large trucks, and no street parking. We were only provided one towel each for four people, one hand towel, one washcloth and no bath mats or extra towel to step out on. Two of the three toilets, were not fastened down and were loose. There was a problem with gnats all over the bathrooms. The bedding and pillows were uncomfortable, and the unit is overall outdated and old.

Red River was recommended to us by family to ski. The town was cute and skiing was great. Our cabin rental was perfect! We are already planning to return this year!

This was perfect for us. The beds were comfy, the showers were great and the downstairs living room was big enough for our wild 4 yr old to be entertained. We didn’t cook any meals so I can’t comment on the amenities but everything was super clean. We will defiantly stay here again!

We loved the location of the condo. It was nice & clean. We didn’t like the mini fridge, would have preferred a large fridge. Master bed is very hard. Other than those 2,things we loved it.

Very nice, spacious, and CLEAN townhome! Host was very kind, friendly, and accomodating. You can tell they are making updates as time goes on. Fireplace was amazing, and even better-wood without an additional fee! There are even plenty of cleaning supplies in the event you make a mess. The biggest downside was the water pressure in the 2nd bathroom, but we made do. If that's the worst, imagine how awesome it is!

We took a short trip to Red River on MLK weekend, and this little place was perfect for such a short trip. Still had everything we needed to cook a meal at the condo, but also such a short drive/or walk if you wanted to downtown. We love Red River and this little condo gave us the perfect and simple mountain vibes. Our host was great. We locked ourselves out of the condo and she was there within the hour to graciously let us back in. The beds were comfortable and the whole condo was very clean. She keeps it simple with her decor so you don’t feel like it’s too cluttered. Enough blankets to keep you warm. Every room had its own base board heaters for your own adjustment. And the three bathrooms made a difference! Super easy to get in and out of the neighborhood and into the house. Thank you for the awesome stay!!!
