Magnifico!
Giuseppe was an exceptional host and left us with a fully stocked fridge and cupboards of treats. What a lovely touch and much appreciated. The villa was a delight and we could not have imagined a better place, location or view. Looking out over Isola Bella from the patio at sunrise and sunset, and in between was dreamy. We had the pool to ourselves (in October) but laughed that the pool was cooler than the sea that was quite warm still. We spent a lot of time at the private rocky beach and even swam to Isola Bella. It was a 10 minute walk to get food or to restaurants and about 15 mins walk to the cable car up to Taormina. You get used to the walk but there isn't much room for walkers and the speedy cars. We had 6 adults - 2 couples, and 2 singles. The way the rooms worked out was good for us because one of the singles was not very tall and fit nicely in the bunkbed room off the master bedroom. One room is a across the hall, and also fully stocked and beautifully appointed, and that worked out well for us with an adult single using it. Our only minor complaint is that we all felt the beds were harder than we are used to. I will never forget the view and the beautiful pool and facilities!

Bellissimo!! Highly Recommended
Such a beautiful villa and location with a friendly and gracious host in Guiseppe! It is as beautiful as the pictures show, if not more so. I couldn’t say enough about how welcoming and accommodating Guiseppe was! Each bedroom had its own bathroom, air conditioning, and privacy. It was perfect for our family of two couples and one single person. There were plenty of towels as well as unexpected amenities provided by Guiseppe. The pool area was lovely with an incredible view. Daily our group took the stairs and elevator down to enjoy the stunning blue waters of the Ionian Sea and swimming into the nearby cave. The location is at the bottom of Taormina with less hustle and bustle, but with the conveniences of restaurants, markets, and a quick cable car ride up to enjoy the center of Taormina. A perfect location! Should we return to Taormina, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here once again. It truly felt like home! Gracie, Guiseppe, for sharing this beautiful gem with us!

Top Quality Stay in Taormina
Congenial, personable, and accommodating, Giuseppe provides an experience at his spacious, well appointed condo unit that would rival a five star hotel. The location was ideal, the views breathtaking. Too many extra and unexpected positives to list; simply an awesome stay that we would gladly repeat when we return to beautiful Taormina.

The BEST view ever!
My family and I spent an absolutely wonderful week in this beautiful condo with the most awesome view. The view is just stunning, whether it's day or night you can see Isola Bella and the coast. Words don't do it justice. The property had everything to make our stay unforgettable, Giuseppe is the most gracious host. When we arrived we were greeted by Giuseppe who gave us a thorough walk through of the property. There were all kinds of goodies too. The refrigerator was stocked and the kitchen and surrounding are well equipped. I read previous comments about the layout. My "children" are really adults, so that particular arrangement worked really well for us since it gave them and us privacy, as they each got a private room w/ their own bathroom. We also enjoyed the the infinity pool and a couple of times, the lounge chairs in the rocky area that belongs to the building and is accessed by either stairs or by elevator. Even if you don't go down the stairs every time, it's worth doing it at least once to see how it was carved into the rock. Truly amazing! Thank you for everything Giuseppe! I can not say enough about this lovely property and about Giuseppe! We hope we'll be able to come back.

Lovely spacious condo with amazing views truly cannot capture the beauty in pictures. Giuseppe was a great responsive host and I would recommend this condo for anyone looking to visit Taormina and the surrounding areas.

Pictures don’t do this place justice.
This place has unimaginable views of Isola Bella. The place was great and plenty of room for everyone. My only complaint to Giuseppe is that he needed better pictures on his listing. The place and the view are much better in person.

Great place- just understand the layout before you go.
The view from the living room and terrace are even more stunning than the pictures. We just left and I’m already missing it! Giuseppe was a wonderful host- he met us, showed us around and we had an incredible holiday. Here’s what you should know before you go: 1) the rooms of the unit are broken up. From the family room and kitchen, the main bedroom is up the spiral staircase. To get to the other bedrooms you must go outside. 2) One bedroom is across the hall from the living room and requires a key. The second one is up some stairs from the main bedroom. Those bedrooms do have their own bathrooms but the rooms are small. I think they are better for one person to stay in than two but some may find it ok. 3) the bedroom with the bunk beds is basically a walk in closet with kid-sized bunk beds. (Like for kids under 10) Another thing to note is that it is located INSIDE the main bedroom. My 6’3 son could not even come close to sleeping in it. 4) The private beach is not a beach but an area cut out of the rocks with some lounge chairs for the people in the building. It is stunning and great to have just don’t expect sand. There is none. Many boats come by to see the cave that is tucked in the corner. It’s a great area to swim. We really had a great trip and the unit was in terrific shape but I would have liked to have understood the layout better so I hope this is helpful.

To clarify your description, I specify that as shown in the photo, in addition to the three bedrooms with six beds, there is a small bedroom that has never been specified as a bed as it is more than the six already present for adults. Therefore, in total there are six beds for adults in three bedrooms with three bathrooms as advertised and in addition two beds have been made for children, optional but not indicated in the advertisement. Location, Location, Location!!!
My family & I stayed 5 wonderful nights at this spectacular condo! It has a Million dollar view that you can't stop looking at. The host Giuseppe was extremely nice & excellent to deal with. The location is literally 10 to 15 minutes away from the center of the lovely city of Taormina. It was nice to visit the city of Taormina and come back to the quiet & quaintness of the condo. I can't say enough good things about our stay. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Best of the Best
Everything from start to finish was wonderful. Giuseppe met us at the house and gave us a very informative tour of the house... he kept saying "just like the photos". But truly the photos do not do the house and the view justice. The house was also well equipped as well as a stocked fridge. We will definitely be back again! Thank you Giuseppe!

Guisseppe made our stay special and easy- with personal check in service and providing food and drink above and beyond. The location and layout for a group is fantastic with three bathrooms with showers. The private beach and community pool are outstanding as well. Great vacation spot for Taormina.

Stunning view
Split arrangement house in interesting cliff top complex with amazing view of Isola Bella island and beach. Impressive sea water infinity pool shared with other residents. Giuseppe was a wonderful host, contacting us to meet personally on arrival and was very welcoming. Fridge and kitchen were generously stocked with complimentary supplies including snacks and drinks which was much appreciated after a long journey. Easy private parking at the property. The cable car up to Taormina and local restaurants are a 5-10 minute walk albeit along a busy road in August. Highly recommend a stay here and thank you again Giuseppe.

Stunning location
Fantastic views from this property, and great to have both a private sea area and a pool as water options. Great for older children, mine (16,17) loved having a bit of space as their rooms were slightly separate. Guiseppe was a great host, providing a full fridge of drinks and breakfast items, and helping us with any questions we had.

Absolutely Stunning Views
We had an absolutely wonderful time in Taormina. The condo is located close to town and the gondola to take you to top Taormina. The view is absolutely stunning from the main balcony or the top balcony. We used the pool several times and went down to the beach every day. Giuseppe met us late on the day of our arrival which was very kind. The only downside was 1 room was completely across the hall from the main door and we didn't use it much and the other top floor room you had to walk outside to get to. It was difficult with having younger children. We made it work and had a wonderful time!

Amazing views and great experience
We had a fantastic time in this apartment! Giuseppe was very accommodating, answered all messages really quickly and greeted us with a well stocked pantry, including gluten free products for our child who has celiac disease. The view from the balcony was to mind blowing! We enjoyed bathing from the rocks, visiting Taormina old town and other places nearby. We definitely recommend this place!

Stunning!!
This house has breathtaking views that will not disappoint. It’s magical. It has all the amenities you’ll need and is very comfortable. There’s a washer in the unit, which was helpful. It’s a short walk to the funicular, which takes you up the cliffs further into town with all the nightlife. It’s also a short walk to the beach, but lounging in the chairs at the rocky area on site was perfect. I really, really want you visit again!

A memorable stay
Just arrived from a wonderful time in Giuseppes apartment. Two family's - six persons, and the apartment was perfect for us. Very well equipped and surprisingly Giuseppe had stocked the frigde with all sorts of beverages. Small packages with nutella, good coffee, and asorted jams were also left for us to indulge. Three bedrooms, and each of them with a privat bathroom - accompanied by a stunning view from the livingroom and the cozy terasse overlooking Isola Bella and the vast sea. Every morning we went with the elevator down to the private cliff beach and took a swim, snorkeled, and discovered the fantastic world under the sea. We also had a great time in the pool and from time to time at the table tennis table with our sons (18 years) We would highly recommend for anyone thinking af staying in Taormina to check this place out. Thank you for an amazing time in your holiday house Giuseppe, and for your kindness. We will never forget our trip to Sicily and Taormina

Perfect spot with a perfect host
Housing is perfect, three rooms for adults (plus one for young kids), three bathrooms, two balconies looking at the sea and the island, of course a large living room plus kitchen. Private parking is a real plus. Air conditioning working perfectly, but not that hot as apartment looks toward the East. Access to swimming pool and sea is private. Location perfect: at least 10 excellent restaurants along the coast, plus cable car at 10 minutes with access to the upper Taormina village, which is beautiful. Etna visible at walking distance (2 mn). And last but not least, Giuseppe is a fantastic host, always easy to reach, any problem/question with the house, and he solves it within seconds. Perfect Spot!
Great location with pool and lounge area on rocky beach on Mediterranean with PARKING (so important). Cool access to rocky beach through grotto. Walking distance to much of coastal Taormina and to the cable car that brings you to the upper village. Giuseppe was more than accommodating. In addition to alway being accessible, he helped us with our rental car company and taxi when we found our rental car battery dead as we were leaving to go to the airport. Life saver! Thank you for everything Giuseppe.

Location spettacolare!

Grazie per la Sua cortese recenzione, però mi permetto di farle notare che essendo voi in quattro persone non avete avuto bisogno della depandance con bagno annesso che si trova esattamente dirimpetto alla porta di ingresso e che può ospitare altre due persone.

Just lovely!
Saying that this is a well-maintained, quiet, clean property doesn’t give enough credit to the absolutely stunning view of Isola Bella! Giuseppe is a fantastic host. He is very available, helpful, and offered a really wonderful personal touch. Check in and check out were very easy. This is a great place for groups traveling together as two of the ensuite bedrooms are detached. This property is one of a few dozen condominiums in a complex just 15 minutes walk from the Taormina cable car. The salt water infinity pool (unheated) is refreshing with fantastic views. We enjoyed the private access (rocky entry) to the sea near the blue grotto. Parking was extremely convenient. This was a great base to explore Taormina, Isola Bella, Mt. Etna, the Ortigia, and the southern beaches near Syracuse.

The view realy was sspectacular!
We were four Norwegians that had a fantastic holiday here. The apartment was well equipped and with a personal touch. Amazing location with fantastic views! Wonderful swimming pool with salt water. Great also to be able to swim in the ocean below. Many stairs, if you choose, but there was also an elevator (37 meters down) so that one came straight to the swimming area with many beds. The only negative was that the beds were somewhat hard, and that it was a little narrow when you'd go down to the shops/restaurants. But this is a place we definitely can recommend and would like to come back to!
