La propiedad muy bien. Mi habitación tenia un escusado muy alto, no llegaban mis pies al piso, súper incomodo. Los burós eran sumamente pequeños, e inútiles. Ni una repiza para colocar mis cosas en el baño. No te sientes cómoda en la habitación.

La atención de los empleados perfecta. Sorprendentemente me encontré que en la habitación no había armario, y en el lavabo había un espacio no cerrado donde se podía colocar y colgar la ropa, pero no era un espacio adecuado. Lo comenté en recepción y me cambiaron sin recargo a otra habitación con armario.

Pesima experiencia. Nos dieron un cuarto de inferior categoria al ofrecido y que pagamos. Supuestamente cuarto con vista y tenia vista al muro de la construcción.

Un hotel moderno en el centro de Taormina
Todo estupendo, la habitación muy grande, el baño con dos lavabos, bañera, ducha y wc y bidet aparte. Acceso a Spa gratuito y desayuno buenísimo y atendido por el chef del hotel. Lo unico malo es que disponen de plazas de parquing muy limitadas y se ocupan por orden de llegada. Hay dos parquing públicos cerca pero no deja de ser incomodo.

Teníamos una suite presidencial, la electricidad no funcionaba bien. Y la bañera-jacuzzi de la habitación no pudimos usarla, ya que cuando la llenas, al llegar a los focos saltan los diferenciales de toda la casa y del pasillo del exterior.

Ubicacion excelente.Para la playa un poco lejos:hay que coger el funicular y luego caminar un rato. Best service and breakfast. Would book again!
Perfect stay in Taormina! Absolutely amazing service from the staff. They found out it was my birthday and brought me a birthday cake for breakfast- so sweet of them! The rest of the breakfast was the best I have had in all of Italy/anywhere. It’s a very central location, close to all the restaurants and sights. We parked at the bottom at one of the main parking lots, so it’s a bit of a climb to the hotel, but it’s also possible to park there (subject to availability).

I was extremely disappointed in this hotel. It was expensive and definitely not worth the money. I had reached out to the hotel in advance of our stay and upon check in they did not have the right room and caused us to get a 2nd room. There was a bug in our bed and mold in the shower. The manager was rude and not accommodating. I am a frequent traveler and was very disappointed at how expensive this room was and the terrible, terrible customer service!

Bathroom flooding!
Where to begin. The hotel is ideally located in Taormina. The staff is friendly and helpful. In particular, Sarah, in guest relations was incredibly helpful. This individual was exceptional. The hotel itself is very clean. The lobby is comfortable and accommodating. Had it not been for the particular problem that I am about to explain I would give this hotel five stars. Now for the problem. we were assigned a room that was apparently designed for handicapped individuals. This room had a shower which flooded the bathroom on every use. In order to take a shower we were required to roll up towels and dam up the doors to the shower so that we could keep the water in check. I have photographs of this problem and have added them to this review. Simply unbelievable! Little or no effort was made to resolve this issue or change our accommodations. So, the moral of the story is, do not let them book you into a handicapped accessible room because of the bathroom flooding problem. The rest of the room was fine. The view of the ocean and the town were outstanding. This could have been a great stay had it not been for the bathroom problem. Every time we took a shower, we had to go through an extensive process to keep the water from flooding the bathroom.

Sarah was the most helpful. All her recommendations and reservations (beach visit) made our stay a joy. We will definitely comeback soon. Your hotel room was so comfortable and for the first time & after many different hotel stays through all of Italy, your hotel had kleenex/tissues in the bathroom! Angelo's smile and attention to detail were fantastic.
