Decent place, pretty clean, good location for camelback. House set up well, and had plenty of space Heat was iffy and on a smart thermometer which “reset” which left us cold both nights. Water was low flow and Luke warm.Fix the water and the heat and it would be 5 stars. Overall we booked this based on the game room for the kids and the sleeping arraignments. Went skiing and the house did what we needed it to do. Would stay again, it would bring heater for the rooms we are using to keep everyone warm

The house was great and spacious and the basement with game room was a big hit with my kids. The house is also very conveniently located, about 4 mins from the ski lodge and resort. Some previous houses we’ve stayed in were equipped with some basic kitchen items like k cups, coffee, pam spray etc, so this is just something i with i knew wasn’t included at the house so i would have packed it. Otherwise it was a great stay!

From start to finish Marissa’s house was everything that we needed and more to make our Christmas holiday special. We arrived on the 23rd of December and stayed until the 27th The first night we arrived the kids hit the slopes of Camelback for snow tubing dinners as usual and 5 minutes away! The house is stocked with any and every appliance, pot ,pan ,dish that is needed to for all your dinner and baking needs. I packed my own and didn’t even need to use them. In fact I left my own mixer and Marissa agreed to ship it to me. The pictures do the house no justice it is all that and more. We enjoyed snuggling on the couch watching movies, napping and just vegging out. Note( fired wood is not provided bring your own) Marissa and the Vacasa staff were quick to respond left salt and kept the walk clear for us. If you are unsure about booking this home trust me you won’t be disappointed Thank you for a wonderful stay and allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home Happy Holidays

The house is the cleaning was the issues you charge me 230 for cleaning but the bathrooms kitchen and beds were dirty sticky and hair from previous stays were all over the beds and bathrooms refrigerator shelves were dirty the door was sticky and dirty the pantry had open food if there was another available on short notice i would have asked for a refund

Tub on the second floor was clogged. Other than that everything was great.

The house is very nice. Great location. Game room is amazing. Kids had a lot of fun.

Game room was wonderful! But heating was a big problem...

We arrived during the severe polar vortex. First we couldn't open the door using the keypad because it didn't function as expected (the support person later said that it may be due to low battery). After freezing in the cold and texting customer support for 15 or 20 minutes trying out new codes, we realized that there was a reserved key in a key lock on a door next to the entrance (the support didn't know that initially). Fortunately the support had the code and we got in.The house was clean BUT the heating was horrible in the living room and the kids' room upstairs. It took many hours after checking in for the temperature in the living room to go up to 67 when set to max and it wouldn't go up anymore. In the kids' room, the temperature wouldn't go beyond 64 and constantly dropped to 58.We had to buy firewood ourselves to make up for the heat in the living room. There were no clear instructions on how to use the fireplace.Overall, the game room was a hit but the heating really caused a lot of suffering and inconvenience.

Great location and space

The property is safe and close to the mountain, easy drive to restaurants and outlets. Plenty of room for 5 of us. However, the place could have been cleaner. The bathrooms had hair on the walls, shower drain upstairs wouldn’t drain, carpets could have been vacuumed better esp in corners and under table, the kitchen cabinets and drawers were disgusting and unorganized. Can only park 2 cars in the driveway and have to register another car to park in overflow but the rental agreement and parking registration only allow for 2 cars. Luckily the security office was equally frustrated with these property managers and let us still park a 3rd car there. Basement didn’t heat

Great choice

Overall, this property was great. Very spacious and comfortable. My only complaint was that there were a couple spots on the carpet that were sticky and couches in the main area need to be cleaned. Other than that, everything else was clean. We definitely enjoyed the gameroom in the basement.

Memorial weekend

Home was nice and clean. My family enjoyed spending time in this house friom barbecueing and playing pool. I definetly recommend this place.

Great Weekend and Location

Great Rental. Perfect for us. Tubing was very close to where we were staying. We will definitely stay there again in the summer.
