🌟Steam Sauna Rules:
🧍 Maximum of 2 people
🍽️ No food or drinks inside the Sauna
🚫 Pregnant women, elderly women, or persons suffering from heart diseases, diabetes, and high or low blood pressure should not use the sauna.
🍷 Do not use saunas under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
👶 Use by children under 16 years of age is prohibited.
⚠️ Long exposure to sauna temperatures may result in nausea, dizziness, and/or fainting.
⏰ Observe a reasonable time limit. 10 minutes is recommended.
⏳ Do not exceed 15 minutes.
👕 Commercial swim attire, workout shorts and shirts, or towels must be worn while using the sauna.

🎾 Tennis & Pickleball Courts
Open for the season starting April 14. Courts are available daily from 9:00 AM to dusk. No reservations needed. If others are waiting, we kindly ask to limit playtime to about an hour so everyone can enjoy.

🏊 Seasonal Community Pool Access

Enjoy access to the Northridge community pool, open June 12 through September 7, 2026. It's the perfect place to cool off, relax, and make lasting vacation memories with family and friends after a day of exploring the Smoky Mountains.
Pool hours are 11:00 AM–7:00 PM through August 29 and 11:00 AM–6:00 PM during the final week through Labor Day. The pool is family-friendly, maintained at a comfortable temperature, and offers a great spot to unwind during your stay.
Please note that pool hours and availability are managed by the community and may be adjusted due to weather, maintenance, or temperatures below 65°F.

👴 Primary renter must be above the age of 25 years.
📝 Signed renter’s agreement required immediately after booking.
💳 Security deposit hold on credit card requested at booking.
📋 Details of all guests, pets, and vehicles required.

🚗 Only 2 cars can be parked in the driveway.
🅿️ Free Overflow parking for additional cars.

🎥 For safety, security cameras installed on the outside.
📦 Supplies provided are as a starter pack; guest responsible for additional supplies if required.
🏡 Review community rules as HOA is strict with enforcing fines.

🌊 Hot Tub Rules:
🧍 Maximum of 6 persons.
🍽️ No food or drink in the hot tub.
🚫 No jumping or diving.
🥂 No glassware around the hot tub.
🚼 No infants (under 1 year), pregnant women, or people under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications allowed in the hot tub.
👶 Children (2-16 years) must be accompanied by an adult in the hot tub.
🌡️ Do not enter the hot tub if the temperature is above 104°F.
🛁 Use only the pool towels, not the white bath towels, for hot tub use.
🧴 No body lotions or tanning creams allowed. Shower before entering the hot tub.
💨 Turn off the high jets after each use.
🛠️ Replace the hot tub cover after every use.
🚫 Do not sit or lie down on the cover.
🧼 Leave the hot tub in the same condition as it was found.
