🛏️ Bedrooms & 🛁 Bathrooms This home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across 3 bedrooms and a loft. The first floor includes two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and another with two full beds. There are also two full bathrooms on this level: one featuring a relaxing jacuzzi tub and the other with a shower/tub combo. Upstairs, the loft offers two queen beds and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, creating a great private space for additional guests.

Listing Notes: Parking: Up to two vehicles may be parked in front of the condo. Overflow parking is available by the community center at the bottom of the hill for a 3rd vehicle.

HOA: Our condo is located in a private HOA called the Village at Camelback. After booking, paperwork will be sent that must be submitted to use before arrival.
HVAC: Please note the unit does not have air conditioning however, in the winter, fall and spring typically only heat is required as its much cooler in our mountainous climate. There is a baseboard electric heating system which keeps the condo warm and cozy in the colder months. The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.
- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time. - Absolutely no parties or events. - No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee. - No drugs - No underage consumption of alcohol - No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels. - Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM. - No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host. - No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls. - No Candles, wax or open flames. - Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. - Do not put anything down the drain.
The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.
Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
