Everything you mentioned i do not supply as stated in my listing description. The parking lot is right next to the house, clubhouse and the overflow lot for additional cars is right next to the parking lot as well. The parking location for this house is actually in the most convenient location.

Hello Maureen,Thank you for your review.The association uses well water and has 6 well pump stations that are monitored and tested regularly. Whenever any maintenance or water testing is done to any of the 6 well pumps located in the association by law the association must send out a boil water advisory notice as a pre-caution but that does not mean there is anything wrong with the water.There was nothing wrong with my plates, cups or utensils plus they get washed and sanitized in my dishwasher after every check out. Hope i was able to clear up the confusion you had about the water.
