"The place is dated and some areas like steps are in dire need of repair, however, what impressed us were the staff as they would go out of their way to really accommodate our needs. Service is top notch. Our families enjoyed swimming in the pools while my besties and I get to have our quality time catching up to news."

"This is an hourly hotel. They should not be on Expedia. We arrived early from a far away location. Staff said early checking ok. Then after 2 hours it came back and demanded 1000 plus pisos for the early check in. Staying 2pm check in. Yet you can go in at any time and get 24 hours. So it should had been more flexible as me and my friend that had another room reserved too was charged the same for early check it. Too bad the area does not have better hotels. "Poor sanitation, smelly room like urine, very poor service. Blanket is a flimsy bedsheet, towels are beach towels...wirh big yellow stripes. Nobody listened to my concerns. I checked out instead even though i knew I wouldn't get a refund for my second night. Microtel by Wyndham in San Fernando is the best. I stayed there for 4 days and highly recommended. "

"Hotel looked great upon arrival. After check in we noticed the phone inside the room was not working. Next no Internet wifi was available. Contacted front desk which brought a portable wifi unit which also did not work. Front desk tried to double charge us at check in. Next we went to the hotel cafa, only to learn more then half the items listed on menu were not available.
