"Staff extremely pleasant and helpful - food and amenities were really good"

"We had a very pleasant two-night stay thanks to being made to feel so welcome by our hosts, Rosie and James. Contact beforehand was great with a super demo video on how to enter the hotel. Rosie was a lovely host; her local recommendations were top-notch and truly made our trip. It happened to be very hot while we were visiting, so having a fan provided in the room was a thoughtful touch that was very much appreciated! "Quiet and well appointed room. Great breakfast."

"Staff were lovely"

"Cordial bienvenida. Habitación muy agradable. Camas cómodas. Limpieza extraordinaria. cogida.

"Friendly staff"

"Very nice"

"We had a wonderful stay at Saddlers :). Milky is a wonderfully attentive host. Attended to our every need & was very knowledgeable about local restaurants and places of interest too. We had a very relaxing stay."

"Very friendly welcome. A very comfortable stay. Thank you"

"I stayed 4 nights and my room was not serviced properly. I had to get them to make my bed after I retuned daily. I cannot understand why this was not done. I did not go on a bus mans holiday to make beds I do that at home. The food was very good at breakfast. My room was well used. Toilet seat would not stay up and blind needed replacing. I was in room 2."

"The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food and beer is good and great value. Parking is a bit tight, so arrive early if you are checking in! If you want to eat, make sure you reserve a table. We found out the hard way on Saturday lunchtime that you can't always get a meal, even if you are a resident. Other than that, it's a good place to stay. It's quiet at night due to the location and the fact that the bar isn't open until late."
