"The hotel is quite nice, well located for beach vacation. Service is very good and there are 4 restaurants and cafes to choose from. Room has a very good size and clean. I guess all rooms have stunning views from the sea. The only two bad things are: swimming pool is very small with few sunbeds. Breakfast is good but no tropical fresh fruit nor fresh juices. A big disappointment when you expect good and fresh fruit in a tropical island. Besides that everything was perfect. "

"The hotel is old and it hasn’t received an update in a while, that is our main complaint. Also, it is a bit far from everything, and there are some festivities that have been shut down, for example, a pool in the beach. Also, not all restaurants open every day, and we had some days at the beach where the beach restaurant was closed and that was really inconvenient. Aside from that, the staff is really helpful. "Didn’t want to leave. Place has space. Beach and pool are great. Everything just works. Staff are sharp, polite and efficient. A highlight is the food which is absolutely incredible. If you're not a fussy eater you can close your eyes and grab everything at the breakfast and evening buffet and not be disappointed. From local Okinawa food to more international. It’s a “wow” hotel."
