"I want to give Susada 5 stars, but there were problems. I give them the benefit of the doubt that the problems were out of their control. However, the staff made the best of a bad situation, which is why I gave them 4 stars. If they put mini refrigerators in the rooms, I might come back."

"The staff were 10/10. Ultimately professional, friendly, helpful, and resourceful. The view from the room was breathtaking. Sunset from the terrace was one of the best I've experienced. The suite was spacious. The aircon worked perfectly and the linens were clean, soft and adequate for our stay. The bathroom was overrun with ants and other critters. "It was great stay. They keep the property clean and which was important for us. We came not even knowing if there is a room for us will be available since we did not make reservation ahead of time. It was already after 9pm. But staff was helpful, and we were able to make a reservation right on the spot. Breakfast was customized as we asked. :).
