"Staff were kindly to help us with our booking, Installations were fine at all with clean, comfort and safety..we looked a hotel comfortable to stay for our last 1 month at Viet Nam and closer airport, we had to leave around 2 am..This was 15 min by car.."

"Actually I never got to Vietnam because the Vietnamese embassy did my visa incorrectly and they didn't put my middle name on it. I guess technically it was my fault. But I'm a very literal person and it only asked for my first name and my family name. Even though I'd given them a copy of my passport. So the airline wouldn't let me get onto the airplane. It was too late to cancel the booking for this hotel even though I would have loved to have stayed there and I would love to have had a holiday....
