Would Stay Again

This was a great house to stay at. We were a total of nine people and we had plenty of space for everyone. The pool was beautiful. Dave and Melissa responded to our needs immediately. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Amazing house.

What an amazing place to stay. Ton of amenities and things to do, almost no one wanted to leave the house. Place is super clean and a great location 30 minutes or less from all the places we wanted to visit. We'll definitely stay here again when visiting Tampa.

Family Gathering

Everything was fantastic. Great location from airport, mall and beach. Great amenities. The rooms were perfect for our family. If you have older family members it is perfect to keep them from climbing multiple stairs. Pool was great also.

Nice Location

Pros: Two king-sized beds/bedrooms, which is nice for the heads of two families. Plenty of room for large groups. Nice outdoor amenities like kayaks and paddle boards that our family enjoyed. Nice size pool and deck with plenty of seating. We enjoyed the family room with comfortable sofa to watch TV. Also, the kids enjoyed the pool table and other games in the front room. Plenty of space in the kitchen for larger groups. Beds were comfortable Cons: Large shower in main master didn't work properly. No bath soap or shampoo provided. Couldn't set the thermostat lower than 72 degrees, so the back bedroom was very hot (had to buy a fan). Could have used a few more amenities for the cost (some water bottles upon arrival, extra towels, more serving bowls, a clean sponge in the kitchen sink (the one there was dirty so we had to replace it)).

Nice Property for a larger group

Great Canal front property with short access to open water next to the Courtney Campbell Causeway. We enjoyed a family reunion weekend with lots of room to spread out both inside & outside the home. Lots of bedrooms to accommodate multiple people or couples. We would rent again.

Fabulous family vacation!

It’s hard to sum up how much fun our family had during our week stay here! It was AWESOME! If you need a vacation property that would house 3 generations, this is the place! It has everything! Our family, with ages that range from the 60’s to 3 years old, there was an activity for everyone. Especially, Swimming! Everyone absolutely loved the pool! Even during Florida’s infamous pop up thunderstorms, no one was bored, not with all the indoor activities like billiards, foosball, the game table, or Roku TV . The adventurous ones in our group indulged in kayaking and paddle boarding! They were all “a buzz” about the wildlife they saw on their paddle. The home is surprisingly spacious with an abundance of seating around 2 large dining tables. It easily housed our large group and we never felt on top of each other. It is very closed to the Tampa airport, downtown Tampa and St Pete. which made it very convenient for our group. The host, Dave, is extremely friendly and easily accessible. Always quick with responses to inquiries. He even greeted us upon arrival and did a walkthrough with us. If you’re looking for a great place to stay…. You found it!

July 4th Getaway

This VRBO was ideal for all of our family's needs! And there were 10 of us! It has 5 bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of seating for family meals, along with a game room with a pool table, a poker table and fooseball. There was plenty to do outside too. We all had a blast using the kayaks, paddleboards, playing cornhole, grilling and swimming in the pool. There's plenty of outside chairs for everyone. We were able to enjoy watching fireworks from the comfort of the backyard which was a nice surprise. Some VRBOS don't include basic needs like extra toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and toiletries. The hosts are thoughtful and have plenty of those basic needs but go above and beyond. They keep the kitchen stocked with spices, condiments and enough cookware to make meals. Having access to coffee makers, a blender and ice made things more homey. Another bonus, plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. Location is close to Riverwalk, Ybor City, International Plaza and we enjoyed sightseeing. The hosts were always quick to respond and helpful. We highly recommend this VRBO and we would stay here again!

Great house

The house is really nice. There is a beautiful pool right on the canal. They had a pool table, football, plenty of board games. It was perfect for our family. It is half an hour drive from clear water beach and half an hour from Bush Gardens Tampa.

Lovely Home

Property was great!! We had family from South Carolina, Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania meeting at the house for a short vacation and a family wedding. They were also very accommodating for a late check out.

Excellent Property

We had a fantastic stay at the condo, complimented by amazing sunny, warm weather everyday. The property fulfilled all the needs of our family of 12, with ages ranging from grandkids as young as 8 and grandparents in the 60 year age. The pool was incredible and many great fun afternoons and evenings spent enjoying fun conversations and of course cold beverages. Location worked great for us, as we utilized both Tampa and St. Pete airports, along with close proximity to Busch Gardens, the beaches and Orlando. The owners were always quick to respond to questions or requests. Would definitely love to return someday.

Great home for family visit

Had a wonderful week with adult children and grandkids. Dave and Melissa were wonderful to work with - very responsive and helpful. The area is nothing special but convenient to the airport and highways to get to Tampa/St. Pete. The home was very spacious and the pool and games were enjoyed by all. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area and want a spacious and private home with all modern amenities.

Three Generation Family Stay

This home was perfect for our family of thirteen. The description of the property was spot on. There was so much to do there. We swam, fished, kayaked, paddle boarded, grilled and played board games outdoors. We played pool and several board games on the poker table indoors. The house was roomy. The owners were always quick to respond to our inquiries. The location gave us easy access to groceries, Church etc. We would stay again

Awesome House/pool

Our stay at the property was nothing short of spectacular! Communication with the host was friendly and informative. Layout was perfect. Pool was large and the seating outside was more than needed. Took the kayak and paddle boards out for a spin too. Tampa was a fun place and the neighbors were very nice. Strongly recommend this place for a relaxing get away.

Beautiful getaway

My husband and I celebrated my 40th bday with 4 other couples. This home was perfect for us. 5 private bedrooms, pool table, poker table and us girls really enjoyed lounging by the pool. Beautiful sunrises in the morning! All beach towels and linens provided which is nice for those of us flying. Property was clean and the neighborhood was safe. Melissa was SO good to work with and very responsive! Would totally stay again! ❤️

Spacious

The house worked well for our purposes....work and seeing family in the area. Had room enough for setting up our computers and meeting with clients. Reluctantly the weather didn't cooperate to afford us the luxury of using the pool much. A good time was had by all.

Beautiful

Dave and Melissa are wonderful hosts. Lots of little amenities are included here which makes it comfortable right away. The sunroom/family room has ample space and it’s bright and cheerful all day long. Many upgrades to the property made our stay comfortable. The wifi is excellent too; more than enough for five people working from home and doing online school. They had great suggestions for dining, and the grocery store and pharmacies were 6 minutes from the house, but the neighbourhood was quiet and charming. Thank you!
