Urban Retreat at Carrollwood features a comfortable open-concept studio layout designed for a relaxing and convenient stay. The space includes a cozy sleeping area, Smart TV, fast WiFi, kitchenette for light cooking, dining area, and a private bathroom. Guests enjoy a completely private entrance with no shared interior spaces, along with free parking and a quiet residential setting perfect for short or extended stays. Guests have full private access to the entire studio, including the sleeping area, kitchenette, dining space, private bathroom, and private entrance. Free parking is also available on-site. There are no shared interior spaces with the main house. We respect our guests’ privacy but are always available if needed. Self check-in allows for a convenient arrival, and we’re happy to assist with any questions or recommendations during your stay through the app or phone. The studio is attached to a home where residents live on-site. While guests enjoy a completely private entrance and quiet hours are respected, you may occasionally hear minor household noises or see other vehicles and people in the driveway. Please park on the far left side of the driveway, directly in front of the access gate.
