Stayed for a week celebrating Christmas with our kids and grandchildren. Excellent communication with Dylan. Highlight was the garden “a little oasis “. Pool & hot tub were a big hit with the children. Very spacious house with sitting options.Safe area & close to everything. Beds were very comfortable. No bugs. Would def. Come back.

Family trip

The house is in a great location. The pool was nice and back yard landscaping was beautiful. The house was spacious. Host was fast to respond about any questions we had. House was perfect for our family get away and we would stay here again!

Family ties

We had a group of 11 for a family vacation. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms to handle the group. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The screened in patio was used often This home has been set up for a large group

Beautiful Tropical Getaway

This place was amazing! The backyard was meticulously landscaped with many different types of palms and plants. Add the perfect pool and hot tub and all stress disappears. The house itself was immaculate, well stocked and quite roomy so everyone was able to have their own space. In addition, the location is superb and the communication with the host was seamless. Thank you Dylan for a wonderful stay!

Great house for groups to relax and share quality time

Had a lovely time staying at this property while attending an International Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses nearby at Amalie Arena. In the evenings we were able to enjoy dinner with friends and the back yard is great for entertaining also. Outdoor dining area, putt-putt, pool, hot tub and television in screen enclosure, propane BBQ grill (getting a little old inside but did the job fine, even had a backup propane tank just in case!). Large indoor dining table with plenty of chairs and places to relax in the attached living room. A few notes that we worked around fine but that weren't explicitly mentioned in the description. The kitchen/dining and living room are all on an upper level reached by about 3-4 steps. There are bedrooms and a 3/4 bath accessible on lower level. Plenty of sleeping areas with quality memory foam beds (none too high to jump into) that were very comfortable. The thermostat is 'smart' and had a mind of its own...seems previous renters had played with it a bit and preset several temperature changes. All in all an enjoyable stay, Publix and pharmacy around the corner. Neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. Relaxing stay!

Loved our stay!

We had a great time staying here with our friends and all of our kids. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids in their 20’s to enjoy spending time together. The house was exactly as pictured - it was clean, beds were comfortable, the living room was a perfect gathering place, the pool and games were a big hit and the location was great. We would definitely rent it again!

Great stay!

The house was perfect and as advertised. The kids enjoyed the pool and outdoor setup. The only extra thing needed are some outdoor lights. Would certainly book again The owner, Dylan, was super easy to work with and very helpful

Best Host, Great Property, 100% As Advertised

We stayed at this property with our family of 6 for a little over a week. This was the best experience we have had with a host and property. Dylan communicated clearly from booking through checkout, the property was clean and entirely as advertised. Highly recommend.

We suggest that better front doors or security be installed ,,, thought we could push doors open with our 100 lb. guests. Pool wasnt heated so we need to do a better job of knowing what heated means..

Great Pool House

Pros - nice big pool, lots of comfortable beds, location close to airport, restaurants, grocery, downtown, big tvs, screened in porch, putting green, grill, easy check in and out, Dylan is a great host Cons - tiny kitchen, no outdoor pool lights, neighborhood a little bit sketchy at night. Would definitely recommend, enjoyed our stay!

Very clean house in Tampa

This property fit a weekend trip with adult friends very well. The house and pool were extremely clean and well maintained. The manager of the property Dylan was excellent - very responsive and helpful. We were able to comfortably fit about 10 adults there. Location is good, 15 minutes to downtown if you're looking for a house with a pool it's a great option.

Absolutely wonderful!

We had the BEST time at this house. The owner, Dylan, was exceptionally responsive and communicative. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 6 kids ranging in age from 6 months to 10 years old. We had plenty of space and entertainment for everyone. The house has 2 separate common spaces so kids and adults could have their own areas. The house was very clean and well-stocked with linens. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms are all newly renovated and each has a shower (3). The house is conveniently located with grocery stores etc. just down the street. The outdoor space is AWESOME. The pool was heated and frequently serviced. There were plenty of floats/pool toys. The kids had a blast with mini golf and sand area. The house has brand new washer and dryer that we utilized frequently. Some reviews mentioned that the bedrooms were warm- we found the AC to run well and keep the house temperature very comfortable. All in all, it was a fantastic stay and a really cool home! Thank you again!

Perfect Tampa family vacation!

This house was just perfect for our family vacation! We typically go to Naples but due to the hurricane we changed course. The backyard is an Oasis. The girls basked in the sun on the lawn chairs and I swam. Dylan was an amazing host and he keeps the pool very warm so even on the cool day of 72, I enjoyed swimming. The sun shines nicely on the far end of the pool in January. The grill and outdoor table were very nice for or outdoor lunches. The dogs have a Nice separate area to do their business. Their are 5 rooms and enough beds for all the family and everyone felt their bed was very comfortable!!! Plenty of towels and bedding for everyone. The kitchen had all the things we needed to serve large family meals. I typically bring my own shampoo and conditioner but Dylan supplies this and it was very nice! The living room worked great for playing games in the evening. Very comfortable seating! Tampa was an amazing city ( and I try to stay away from cities). The river walk is beautiful!! Lettuce park was amazing to hike . We saw the mane tee at the Tampa electric company nature reserve. It was a little farther to drive to the beaches but we really enjoyed Honey moon island.
