Terrific Tampa

I was in town for a conference and decided to stay at the Treehouse, it was close to everywhere and the house was great . If I'm ever in Tampa again, I will stay here

Nice place to lay your head while visiting Tampa

This was a good place to get some rest in Tampa. Didn't spend much time in the house other than that so I can't speak to the rest. Cleanliness issue when I checked in , host made effort to correct next day. Overall nice renovated property and would recommend to those on a bit of a budget.

Week long stay in Tampa

We had a nice stay at this home. It was comfortable and clean. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood was quiet and there was plenty of parking in the driveway.

Stay fair

House clean , beds comfortable but sofa needs to be put down. Tv should have been in bedroom because floor would be more comfortable than sofa. Overall good stay but area was a little sketchy getting to.

The property was clean and comfortable. There was only one exception.

There wasn’t any hot water. We tried everything we could think of. Not even hot water in the sink or shower. The rest of the stay was comfortable and nice. The beds were cozy. We enjoyed using your grill to cook burgers too.

Great stay

Great place. Nice kitchen and bedrooms. Our furbaby really enjoyed being able to chill in the backyard and taking walks in the quiet neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent communication with the rental. Very clean

The perfect spot for coming and going in Tampa

We needed a spot that was central to Tampa with plenty of space to become home for several days, and this place was perfect! We loved the neighborhood, the home, and the yard. Lots of storage and the beds were super comfy. The ONLY thing I would say is that the “living” room is super small with a very small couch that only fits 2 adults comfortably (and not big enough to have someone sleep on it) but since we didn’t have much down time there, it was totally adequate. Would definitely recommend!

Great space to make home base

This space provided us with just what we needed while in town for an event. The location was perfect. Centrally located to just about anything and anywhere we wanted to go. The kitchen was large, clean, and well stocked for us to prepare our own meals in the evenings. It was a pleasure to stay here and we'll certainly be booking again if ever we're back in the area!

Tampa Treehouse

Check in and out was easy. The property was super convenient to the Fairgrounds, Hard Rock and Davis Island Dog Beach. The back yard was totally fenced in for the dogs and the hosts thought of snacks for both the guests and their pups. Bed was super comfortable…couch not so much. Wonderful new appliances and great laminate flooring for those traveling with pets.

Great location!

The location is a short drive to downtown Tampa, Busch Gardens, The Florida Aquarium, ZooTampa, and so much more. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The bungalow is cute, cozy, and very clean. We brought our dog and little kids. You will have everything you need for a long stay. The backyard is completely gated and great for hanging out. Kathie, the property manager, was great with communication and was very responsive with any questions I had. Thank you for the snacks! After a long drive the kids were hungry and happy to see the basket of snacks left on the table. I would definitely recommend this stay.

In the trees

It really did feel like a little hideaway in the trees. Loved walking to the corner club for coffee. Not a big place, but plenty of room. Loved it!

In need of some TLC

This listing turned out to be a case of Instagram vs. Reality that we hadn't bargained for. Immediately when we walked in, the scent of air fresheners was overwhelming. We weren't sure if it was masking something but we rolled the dice and unplugged them all. Turns out they were masking a musty smell—one that still hasn't come out of our clothes after returning home and washing them all. While decorated nicely with thoughtful touches for travelers, the property itself was really run down. The beds and furniture and fixtures were all really clean, but the house itself was dingy and kind of gross. Was it bad enough that we left and got a different place? No. Would I stay there again or recommend to a friend? Also no.

Cozy bungalow

It's a cute cozy bungalow equipped with everything you need. Neighborhood was very quiet and very close to Ybor. The place was very clean and Kathie was great. The only issue we had was cat urine smell we unfortunately had to deal with it during our short stay, Kathie said this was being looked at. Aside from the cat issue it's a beautiful little place and the photos are very accurate.

Weekend Stay

This property was perfect for our weekend stay it was easily located to all attractions and only a short drive to others such as the Ringling Museum and Tarpon Springs. I recommend giving Heights Pizza a try if you are tired from your busy day and need a night at home to relax it was surprisingly delicious and only 1 mile from the property!

Great Stay in Tampa

We had a great stay at the “Treehouse”. Space is super cute with everything you need. Backyard was a great space to relax. Owner was easy to contact and checked in throughout our stay. Hurricane Elsa was making its way up the coast during our visit and they also provided us all of the info we could have needed. We would stay here again.

Nice Little Bungalow Close to Ybor/Downtown

This bungalow was exactly was we needed for our group of 5. It is a simple home with all the essentials supplied. The patio was the perfect place to enjoy the sunny weather in Tampa while having a cup of coffee. The location was great with only a short Uber/Lyft to downtown Tampa or the Ybor strip. There is also a great brunch restaurant called Corner Club Tampa only a walking distance away.
